Sizing? What is the perfect size quilt? All the new mattresses sizes make it difficult to decide what size a quilt should be. There really isn't one size that you should adhear to. It can all get very complicated.
So starting with a standard size would be a good beginning, measure
the bed, add the sides, top and bottom and you have your quilt size!
Another size to consider is the baby quilt. 30 x 30 is perfect if you like a perfect square. 30 x 40 may last a little longer while the baby grows. They can even go 36 x 52 to cover a crib mattress. Again, lots of choices and and you decide what best fits your
design.

Block of the Month
Batik star, 62 x 62, $50.00 first month, following 6 months $14.50. You will receive enough fabric to applique if that appeals to you. There is also enough fabric to add rows to make this quilt larger. You are welcome to pick up your blocks anytime during the month. This can be shipped if requested and postage paid.
